Surf Cup Southwest – February 28 – March 2, 2025

THIS IS A MULTI-PART PROCESS – PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY

1. BUILD YOUR EVENT ROSTER (THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR TEAM MEMBER ROSTER) IN GOTSPORT BY DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 24TH @ 8:59 PM (PST)

2. UPLOAD GUEST PLAYER DOCUMENTATION (IF APPLICABLE) INTO THE EVENT REGISTRATION

3. GAME DAY CHECK IN AT GAME FIELD MINIMUM 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO EACH GAME, HAVE ALL CARDS/DOCUMENTS WITH YOU

1. EVENT ROSTER: must be created in the EVENT (Surf Cup Southwest) in Gotsport – it must display every player’s photo, date of birth, and jersey number.

All of this information is what will print on every game card/match report so you can check in on game day.

2. GUEST PLAYER DOCUMENTATION: IF you are using Guest Players be sure to have the following for each player so you can upload it into the tournament registration in Gotsport:

1.) The appropriate player loan form filled out (signed by the loaning coach or club)

2.) A signed medical waiver

3.) A copy of their player’s card

You will then scan all of these items together into ONE PDF file and upload it into the Tournament/Event Registration. Uploaded documents will be marked as verified once reviewed

3. GAME DAY CHECK IN:

1. A Field Marshal will come to you at your game field or if you don’t see them proceed to the nearest Admin tent, a minimum of 30 minutes prior to each game, to check your team in;
2. Provide your player’s cards;
3. Provide the completed medical waivers for every player on your roster;
4. Provide your guest player documentation (loan form, player’s card, medical waiver)

Only rostered players with player’s cards will be permitted to play
